The School Leadership Team is comprised of teachers, support staff, school administration, and DCTA representatives. Members are elected each year, and there is no term limit. Areas of focus include:

• Oversight of the Unified Improvement Plan (UIP)
• Staff Professional Development Planning and Implementation
• Instructional Best Practices
• Distribution of Instructional Materials Budget
• Implementation of DPS’s Instructional Program
• Enrollment Recruitment and Retention
• Reporting Student Progress to Parents
• School Calendar (daily schedule, extracurricular activities, etc.)
• Daily Class-Size Limits

You current SLT members are: Mr. Spetzler (DCTA Rep), Mr. Tabano (DCTA Rep), Ms. Wickham (Teacher), Ms. Chavez (GT Teacher), Ms. Stewart (Teacher), Ms. Lineman (School Psychologist), Ms. Wright (Assistant Principa), and Mr. Parce (Principal). Meetings are currently scheduled twice a month on Thursdays, 2:45-4:15 pm. Below you will find a review of our most recent meeting minutes for the 2012-2013 year.
