Jenna Martin is the Dean of Instruction at DCIS. Most recently, she was the Dean of Instruction at Henry Middle School and was an instructional coach for Denver Public Schools before that. She taught conversational English abroad on an English Teaching Assistant Fulbright Scholarship in South Korea, her birth country. Jenna has also taught middle school English language arts and social studies in Longmont, Colorado and English Language Development courses in Reno, Nevada.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master of Arts in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education with an emphasis in Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is currently pursuing her Educational Doctorate in Leadership for Educational Equity with a concentration in Diverse and Urban Communities from the University of Colorado Denver.
She loves to travel, cook and read, and enjoys spending time outdoors!
