Camay Hunter is a distinguished high school math teacher with an impressive 25-year career spanning various educational settings and geographical locations. Born and raised in Jamaica, Camay has dedicated her professional life to inspiring students and fostering a love for mathematics both in her homeland and abroad.
Camay began her teaching career in Kingston, Jamaica, where she quickly earned a reputation for her innovative teaching methods and unwavering dedication to her students. Seeking to broaden her impact and embrace new challenges, Camay relocated to North Carolina, USA, where she continued to teach high school mathematics. Camay’s journey then took her to Colorado, where she further enriched her teaching career by contributing to both high school and university math programs.
