School Resource Officers will return to Denver Public Schools after a 4-3 vote. The Board of Education is considering proposals including policy changes about SROs and will make a final decision by the end of June. DCIS is committed to continue engaging with our staff, student, and parent community on this important issue to regularly seek feedback on the presence of SROs in our building to ensure that we are creating a safe and welcoming learning environment for all of our students.
