Dear DCIS Community,
Tomorrow, June 4th, 2024 is scheduled as a Finals Make Up Day from 8:00-12:00. This is an opportunity for students with Incompletes to complete work and to bring any final grades up. Due to our situation addressing bed bugs in our building, we are shifting this make-up day to be fully virtual. On the Schoology page (schoology.dpsk12.org) by 8:00 AM, a link will be published that will include all teachers Google Meets links. Teachers will monitor these Google meets from 8:00-12:00 PM to ensure students are being supported with their academic progress.
Our main office line will be monitored as well (listed above) and all the administration team will be monitoring our emails carefully and responding to any issues that may come up. We understand that this is not the way that any of us wanted to see our year come to a close. We are working closely with DPS and our facility and nursing team to ensure that the summer break provides a clear resolution to this issue and we are ready to go in August.
